Well I've done good this week, and have hit another low mark on the scale! Yea me! I've decided to not eat any beef for a while and do my best to do the plan 100%. I know I say that now, but tomorrow might be a difference story, but I'm trying. I've got 11 lbs to go. I've come a long way, atleast for me I have, and am ready to kick it into gear and get the rest of this weight off of me. Good luck to you ladies! And thanks for being here for me!
