You want a kick in the butt? First kick is a direct order to log your food, all of it, every day. It's a lot of work, but you are worth it aren't you? Not sure how? Ask someone. Drink water, lots of it. Eat your veggies...12-15 net carbs a day. Log them under "snacks" that way you can make sure you are getting enough. Be accountable to yourself and honest.
