It's almost the end of the year "2015" 190 I have no complaints the way I eat half workout have to sat I'm very happy with my weight I came a long way when I started this in "April 2011" at 307 I just want to work on toning & maintaining in "2016" I'm Very bless I got another year membership with YMCA so I have no reason not to workout.
