So, one evening at a party (drink and snack) and one day of eating too much (of the right kinds of things) is enough to stall weight loss. This will actually be good news when I get to my target weight maintenance zone but it confirms (what I really knew) that I need to be much stricter to keep losing!
84.5 kg Lost so far: 38.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
