It's been a great week. I finally replaced my laptop, but I'm still pissed about the theft of my other although I have been blessed by this laptop that is quite nice and admittedly better than my last.

I've been doing great with my eating but I'm struggling to find time to exercise. I want to exercise, I love how I feel after a good workout and I miss that feeling, and I'm concerned I won't get many chances this week. I'm going to stay positive and hope for the best.

My seven things I'm so very grateful for:

1. Bowling - It's a lot of fun and a great activity for the whole family.

2. Music - The soundtrack to my life.

3. Kitchen scales - They are really helpful with weightloss.

4. Biggest Loser - Although I have my complaints about the show, it truly is inspiring. I watched the finale this week and was blown away by the transformations.

5. Water - Good for me, refreshing and satisfying.

6. Sales - I bought 10 lbs of oranges today for 18 cents a pound. Sales and coupons rock!!

7. God - Who continues to guide, teach, love and inspire me. And this week He and I went to a concert and rocked out. It was a BLAST!! Hallelujah!!

I'm keeping you all in my prayers and I want you to know that each of you mean so much to me. It is so helpful to know that I'm not alone in this battle. Have a great week.
