yes, even outperformed my expectations for this week. of course the next two weeks will be quite challenging, especially without being able to do my treadmill for five days due to the office being closed, but i have a plan to try and make up some of that time lost. good luck everyone, and may you have a merry christmas.

Heck even go out for daily walks is wonderful exercise or runs. Some gyms allow you to use their facilities for a few days free (as a try out). You have a wonderful Christmas too.
