Down another pound today! I have a goal to get under 200 for a huge political fundraiser for my Presidential candidate on October 23rd.

94.8 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg. Still to go: 24.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week
