I took my son to the urologist today. We found out that he may have to have his kidney removed. I feel like I've been hit by a truck. When I got home my instinct was to go to the kitchen and find comfort. It was a long day of staying out of the kitchen. Tony and I did go out for a walk. When I got back, I grabbed a bag of carrots and went to watch TV. So I managed to not eat to much junk. It was a challenge!!

wow I am so sorry to hear about your son. I thinkit is much harder on us when stuff happens to our kids that to us. My thougths are with you. I hope all goes well. Try to stick to your plan - you have done so well so far!!
