not a lot of change in the number, but the clothes continue to feel looser everyday. thinking about bumping up the walking from 30 to 40 minutes a day. progress still being made and that's what keeps me going. it's almost been one month since i started and have been to the fitness center every weekday its been open. calorie counting has also been on track with just a couple of exceptions. on to next week with hopefully a better number to show the hard work that been going on.
