I'm back to EFS after a month of doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not only have I not worked out, but I have been eating whatever I want!!! So... I am starting out on Day 1, Cycle 1 today. I'm finding that the eating plan is very doable for me, it's just getting motivated to work out for the length of time that EFS requires. I know that it works, it's just hard to get going!
61.0 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

I know exactly what you are saying! I am still not exercising right, but the eating is defiantly easy! We will get there, no worries! Good luck!

Good luck, it's just those first few days that are hard. I do a 60 min work out @ lunch and then I do a 20 min @ home on those days that require more than 60 min. That's the only way I can do it and it's working fine for me.
