Good Morning! It's 4am, and I've got to get ready for work. Been working on an important project all weekend! I'm so tired! I have dedicated myself to working out every morning for the past 2 months, and plan to keep it up even though my schedule has gotten extremely busy. I won't be able to work out this morning like usual, but I'll make sure I do it when I get in this evening. Have a good day ladies! By the way, I've lost 2.8 more pounds!!! :-)
93.9 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sound like you have a good streak going on the exersize. I just read in one of my exersize blogs that the new thing is to set up "A STREAK" Goal... I will work out everyday for 30 minutes this week. Or I will walk 30 mins everyday for 45 days... that type of streak. THEN you go public and announce it to everyone. GOOD FOR YOU and your 2 months keep it going.
