I have lost more weight. I am down 16 pounds now. I see my goal of being under 300 right around the corner. My trainer and I have a new mantra. "I will be 299 or lower by January 29th!" I also got my doctor to change my blood pressure meds to get me off beta blockers that slow down weight loss! Thanks everyone!
