Have had a few ups and downs ,but back on track now.
I dont have a goal apart from keep losing rather than gaining.I am happy even when i stay the same weight for a couple of weeks,like what has mostly been happening .
I dont stay away from bread etc but calorie count and it keeps me on track.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
