Holding steady but not in a good place. I'm losing in the self control department.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

hang on in there!sometimes u just have to munch...just try to make better snack choises....watermelon instead of cookies! you can do this..we ALL can!!!
