I don't really know accept I just finally decided it was time to lose some weight. I think I mostly came to the conclusion because it was impacting my life experiences and my health. I had been heavy over my life time but now it really was limiting things I could do.
Also I think I have continued because Atkins has been the right diet for me and has been successful. Although not happy to hear that bacon increases my chance of getting cancer after eating it everyday for a year!
