See, when I don't eat carbs like crazy, the weight just falls off.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled. Coffee: splenda and half & half

snack: string cheese

Lunch: Salad, sugar free red bull

snack: 30 pistachios

Dinner: Grilled rosemary chicken w/ roasted vegetables.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 4.8 kg a Week
