Friday - 60.4 Saturday - 60.2 Sunday - no weigh, stayed at parents Sat night, no D Fri or Sun, & no ex. AND full on normal eating(!) Sat PM, Sun breakie (up&go), lunch (toasted s/w w dad - chick,cheese,avo on mgrain), dinner (Hawaiian pizza). OI. !! No bloody wonder I gained so much!! Body thinks it's Christmas! Now to lose it again. If only it were as easy...
