I logged my weight yesterday but didn't do a journal entry, so I thought I'd do one now. I'm so excited to see that yellow line on my progress! I am proud of myself for making diet and exercise decisions that I can actually stick with. I did allow myself to indulge this weekend with candy and having a bit of alcohol. But the way I see it is one day isn't going to change all my hard work as long as I don't let that one day get me down. I'm so eager to reach more of my goals! Have a great rest of the week everyone.
