i've been stalled for weeks myself. looks like we're in about the same place with about the same goals. what's your motivation? i need some real inspiration, because i just don't feel very excited about my process right now. :\

10 pounds is ten pounds girl! keep your head up and be proud of them...pick up a 10 pound weight and carry it around ALL day in a back pack. hold your head high and keep on truckin

I watch my husband lose weight and it motivates me to want to also. I want to look good for him(he's never complained) but also for myself!
