Well, apparently taking the summer off has put me right back into my bad habits. It started with an extra slice of pizza, an extra dessert this week, then two, then I wasn't counting anything. Before I knew it, I had gained 15lbs back.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
