Have followed meal plan from gym for most of the past two weeks except for Friday nights which seems to be a pizza night (this week was Saturday instead) and weight down a little. Now just got to get back to exercising.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 35.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
