I made my weight goal for the week, losing 2 lbs. My goal is 1-2 lbs a week. Heck, anything that makes the scale go down is a goal. :)I feel great, me and my friend got in a 90 minute walk this morning and I'm getting ready to go mow my yard. I do count that towards exercise, as my backyard is a hill and mowing front and back takes about 70-80 minutes. Doing all that also helps me get in my water.
109.7 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 41.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
