Still haven't cracked the bloody barrier. On the bright side. No grain. That might change tomorrow, two days off D and no ex, full on eating, ugh, have felt less shaky, but had "anger burst" episodes, mainly at night, sick at the moment - again- sinus, along with B+J. Joy has been in my bed every night for the past ten or so to two weeks... Doing my head in. Screamed last night.
