It's been two years since I originally started WW. At one point, I was down over 50 pounds, but have put back on about 20. I still have been able to keep of over 30 pounds, but I am seriously back on track. Couldn't believe it when I got on the scale at my meeting today and saw 164! Hubby and I went to the gym yesterday and I went again today with my daughter. I WILL get back down and STAY there!
