Been away a while and gained back nearly all 30 lbs I lost, disappointed, but know that I can do it again. We shall see :) I am taking a supplement called Skinny Fiber that is supposed to help you feel full and lower your cravings. We shall see on that too! I think I should post photos of myself (now) all over where I go to eat goodies at night and see if that helps !
101.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
