Just for fun, the next time you are at the grocery store, pick up 4 5lb bags of flour. That's how much you just stopped carrying around with you 24/7. I bet your energy level is amazing!

Thanks. Your comments really boosted my spirit. I am feeling very overworked and underappreciated this week and to turn on my computer and find your comments. Thank you. I do have more energy. Now I am refocusing and am going to try to lose the next 20, but at least I am not going back up.
