Well, it looks like a bit of a plateau but I seem slimmer so perhaps all that exercise is turning fat into muscle.Problem is that I am determined to get down to 140...
68.0 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

I find that it is cyclical for me. I go thru periods of loosing weight, then what seems like a plateau when I'm loosing size, then weight, then size..ect. Make sure that you are measuring every few weeks or once a month so that you will be able to measure those times and don't get discouraged.
