This is definitely going in a direction that I like. I am now back in the normal BMI range; just barely but I'm there. Now to move away from that nearly overweight area. Had a good bike ride yesterday to work and back. It wasn't a long ride but it helped. I burned a bit of my own fuel instead of gasoline.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 59.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
