Well I got to enjoy my big break thru of 204,for all of 24 hours.
I havw been 205 since 8-13, well here I go bounce up again. Okay time to start another day of tring!!! here I go.....
93.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
