Ick, still haven't lost the weight I gained, so I'm guessing that it's not water weight like I'd hoped.

Breakfast: one egg, scrambled

snack: steamed veggies

Lunch: Chicken breast, side salad

snack: string cheese

Dinner: Steak kebabs
73.5 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
