Well I've been MIA for a while. I fell off the wagon. lol It took a while to get back on. But, here I am. I decided my diet needed a reboot so I'm doing the Military Diet again to see if that will kick start things once again. Details about the Military Diet can be found on Pinterest. And, it does work if you stick with it. My only problem with it was facing peanut butter on toast for the first day in the morning. I don't really like peanut butter. But, I suffered through it. So, wish me luck. I'll need it. lol Have an awesome week.
