Hit 74 lbs on Saturday. Broke my 70, 72 and <200 lb goals in short order. Very happy! Right knee surgery on 9/12/2011. Expect exceptional results...again!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 37.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
