OK I am going to try coming back to this. Being off here obviously is NOT working. After so long a plateau I just got soooo frustrated. So I quit everything. However, I also gained even though part of me was trying to watch things. Potato chips...my nemesis...I love the damn things and crave the salt. Brand new pair of running shoes purchased Sunday and then car starting acting up on the way home from the store. I got so stressed that I broke in the shoes by wearing them to work...but didn't do a bit of walking or running in them while off work. That has to change if I am going to turn this around and start the losses again. I have gained back roughly half of what it took me a year to lose back when. So it begins...how many of my friends are still here?
