Still same today. Binged tonight. Healthy stuff but still. Not mince. Cheese. Yuuuum. Have been craving cheese of late. Belvitas. Oops carb heavy for nighttime. Peanut butter sandwich. Feels like I wrecked the last 24/36 hrs. My belly literally aches that's how full it is. Need to time it next time so I'm out of the kitchen before the last Ritalin comedown. Carb cravings are evil. I am gonna hit 55. I'm gonna get there.
