Well I am feeling really good... a little exercise and a eating a little healthier with portion control has made all the difference.
Today I ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes at 10 incline, upper arm weights for 15 minutes and various warm up exercises for 11 minutes [lunges, sit ups, leg raises, bicycle], 10 push ups.
