Damm... I know, it is my own fault.. I had popcorn.. I know I shouldn't have.... I did it... now I will be paying on the scale for a few days... I so want to get under 250 again... Hoping by Monday, if I am really good.
114.6 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
