I’m finally in the 230’s (239.6 🙌🏼🙌🏼). Now it’s time to set a new goal — the next 10lbs. I need to make an adjustment though… more calories, yay!! My strategy is to lose 5lbs/mo and I was looking over my stats and over the past 2-weeks I’ve lost, on average, 5lbs/wk which is too much too fast for me. In the past when I’ve done that, it didn’t end well. I recognize the pattern and I need to pivot. 😆
