Well I see my increase in exercise payed off. I broke that 230lbs barrier once again and then some. I cut back on sugary drinks and increased my water intake. I was able to fit into a pair of pants that I hadn't been able to get into for a while. That was a good feeling. So, I wish you all success in your desire to win at losing. Have an awesome day.
