A small loss but still a loss. My biggest obstacle is drinking enough water when I'm not at work. Yesterday I was in an off site training seminar all day and drank very little water. On the weekends when I am home and out and about I forget to drink my water. My solution is to make a concerted effort to take a bottle (of some sort) of water with me where ever I go.
The one issue I have with drinking water is my bladder is probably the size of a peanut so I am constantly walking to the bathroom. Not a bad deal when I'm at work but my drive home or when I am out and about makes this more of an issue - particularly with my daughter who is 2 years old. Any suggestions?

LOL Gab!!! I know what you mean about going to the bathroom alot when I drink alot ( mainly soda's at work to keep going) Great Job at weight loss- Your at 225 now, your moving the chains!!!
