don't know how I recorded 276.4 yesterday as when I woke up and weighed in the scale read 275.0 but today it went up some have been eating under my calories all week, fs says my daily average as of breakfast this morning is 1365 cal a day pretty good now if I can just continue to stay at 1700 or below will be great..I do believe I have been eating less sodium like that to and it's help me to loose 2 lb this week especially if it goes back down in the morning..
