Absolutely right. Beating oneself up doesn’t accomplish anything. It’s a minimal weight gain so most likely water weight. Don’t stress over it. Just pick up where you last left off. You got this.

Thanks Val! I should’ve mentioned, the .7 isn’t a big concern for me, daily fluctuation, it’s the gradual slow increase in the scale over a few months - up 5lbs pretty consistently now. Don’t wanna lose the progress I made!!! I can’t do this 👍
