not surprising. considering my intake the last 2 days. I'm ok with the little gain.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well don't let 2 pounds gain get to you. Just look back on what you did abd make the corrections. I'm on the dash diet and it helps out a lot. You should look into the Dash Diet the younger you.
