argh 😬 ok so have made a birthday goal that I would like to try to go 3 months without alcohol and to cut back on sugar and bad carbs which I hope will kick start a couple of these kilos moving! and also have pms fluid retention which i get before period so hopefully that goes soon. oh the joys of being a woman 😅
