I have done very poorly lately. I have been eating the wrong foods cause of outings. It is a mircle I have kept the weight off. I have done alot of walking during my outings though. By outings I mean parks, festivals, picnics, & etc. Well, that has all ended cause school has got started & unfortunely, winter is on it's way. Maybe I can get back on track.
