yay down some more hopefully its gonna continue to go down!!! 3mo post op on my full knee replacement and I've been walking around on it since 3weeks but it took me until about the 4th week to really walk without a limp and now I'm up washing dishes,vacuuming,and doing laundry and walking around shorter distance pretty good still working on getting to walk around walmart and other long walking distances without having to stop and sit down. but still doing good only pain I have is early night/morning when I first wake up I'm sore and after I take my Tylenol and meds and sit for about hr it eases off. I'm also way outta shape from not moving around very much before due to my knee being so bad. so it may take me a little while longer but I'll get there, before surmost of my days I went from the bed to couch and went shopping sometimes but most days just existed and overweight made it even worse. loosing weight has helped me to alot, but still want to loose 50 more pounds no matter how long it takes.... My birthday is in 2 days .....
