I've lost another 2 lbs, in two days. I'm now 15 stn exactly. Overall I've lost 30 lbs. Just realised that when I last weighed myself, and had lost 1 lb, that it had only been 5 days since I'd previously weighed. So I actually lost 3 lbs this week, which I'm really pleased about. Over the last few weeks I'd lost 1 lb a week, maybe the loss is going to speed up a bit again. I've not changed anything that I'm eating, or done anything differently, so it's a bit of a mystery. Not complaining though.
