Looks like I'm slowly going back down. I havent completly lost my whole 3 pounds I gained from my vacation. But I have lost a total of 12 inches. That's not too bad. I'll take it!

88.1 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
