Nov. 13 2009:
supper:
scrambled eggs, corn niblets, 1 slice Orowheat premium potato bread, 1 pat butter.
lunch:
herring in sour cream.
breakfast:
blueberries, Flax Plus cereal, Cheerios cereal, skim milk, honey.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week
