Well quarterly crisis is somewhat under control; at least for now. Got a letter calling me for Jury duty again. Not sure why the courts like to pick on me.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 58.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
