Body fat down to 46,9% this morning. 🏆 Stomach measurement down to 90cm. I’m noticing my physique is more like a triangle shape, with broad shoulders over a smaller waist and hips, with pretty much no bum. 😀 I’m tallish, and my legs are quite muscly. I always thought I was a round person with short legs, but I guess that’s what extra body fat will do.
Now that I can see what my physique is really like I can train to realistic aesthetics and performance. I may never grow a thicc bum or have prominent abs but I can have juicy quads and a gorgeous muscly back like my mom and squat good and heavy with great posture. So I’ll focus on enjoying those 😌
I think I’ve found the sweet spot in my diet and training. So, we keep going.
